New EFI uploaded to "EFI v2" folder (micro HDMI port, & USB-C external video supported with internal video working) tested on Sierra only, may not work yet on High Sierra, Mojave, or Catalina. Original EFI moved to "EFI v1" folder (no changes have been made to this original EFI folder).
